You’ve heard the old adage Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle, but what about Reduce, Reuse, and UPCYCLE? In this box we sent tasty items which include upcycled ingredients that would’ve otherwise been food waste. Plus, we also featured some reusable and eco-friendly kitchen and baking goodies! Okara is harvested from the pulp of organic soybeans that is created during soy milk production. Renewal Mill upcycles okara into flour that contains 4x the fiber and more protein than other gluten-free flours.
